Every student deserves a pathway, not just a diploma.

Amazolar equips under-resourced students in Ecuador with the guidance, skills, and connections to build a life of their choosing.

The Problem

A diploma without direction isn't an opportunity — it's just a more educated version of the same trap.

In Quito's most underserved communities, students live on family budgets of $2 a day. Many are the first in their families to graduate high school — carrying the hope of finally breaking a cycle of generational poverty. But with no system to prepare them for what comes next, that hope is too often crushed by unemployment, exploitation, substance abuse, or worse.

Our Solution

Iluminando Caminos — one workshop a month, the difference of a lifetime.

01

Monthly Workshops

A full day of professional development each month — exploring interests, mapping career pathways, and turning knowledge into action.

02

Expert Guidance

Industry professionals guide students through concrete, applicable steps — from university and technical school to direct employment.

03

Doors & Connections

Through our partner network, we bridge the gap between knowing the path and walking it — internships, English classes, and scholarships that turn ambition into action.

Meet [Student Name]

[Student Name] joined Iluminando Caminos in 10th grade, unsure whether life after graduation held anything beyond the jobs she saw around her. Two years of workshops, mentorship, and a summer internship later, she's enrolled in technical school with a scholarship — and a plan she wrote herself.
